Booze Popsicles (aka Shotsicles or Poptails)

Blueberry Champagne Popsicles from BetsyLife

Things are heating up, weather-wise. So it’s time to get your cocktails in frozen form! Making boozy popsicles is simple. If you want to make up your own recipes, just keep in mind that no more than about a quarter of the mix should be alcohol or else it won’t freeze well enough. Now on to the cocktail popsicles!

Blueberry Champagne Popsicles ~ This is a good use for leftover Champagne (and, yes, there is such a thing as leftover Champagne).

Watermelon Sake Popsicles ~ Sake is light and refreshing, and so is watermelon. Therefore, this is the cure to a heat wave.

Bourbon Peaches and Cream Popsicles ~ Resistance is futile. It’s bourbon and peaches, for Pete’s sake!

Bloody Mary Ice Pops ~ It’s a brunch drink in popsicle form! Go with gin instead of vodka, if you like.

Aperol and Orange Popsicles ~ Such a sophisticated little popsicle. I love it.
